These conversations occur across a variety of sites such as message boards, topical sites, forums, social networks, blogs, content sharing and comments... pretty much everywhere there is an open box.
We don't pre-select the sites where to look for those conversations, our methodology is able to harvest all of the conversations associated to your brand, product, company or competition no matter where they happen online, as long as they are public domain.
We have the ability to segment the data according to the target audience of interest, provided individuals openly identify themselves according to their gender, race/ethnicity, age, sexual identity, living with disabilities, their current job situation in public domain digital conversations. We never identify individuals to be retargeted. The conversations are anonymized but tagged according to how people self-identify. We report the insights behind the aggregated conversations by segments.

Please note that this data will be final and up-to-date, but there will be a two week lag time between the end of the quarter and when it is available in the dashboard.
