Where does the data come from?

At Human dot plus, our proprietary methodology merges human intelligence with artificial intelligence to analyze public domain online conversations about your brand, your product, your company, or your competition. These conversations occur across a variety of sites such as message boards, topical sites, forums, social networks, blogs, content sharing and comments... pretty much everywhere there is an open box.


We don't pre-select the sites where to look for those conversations, our methodology is able to harvest all of the conversations associated to your brand, product, company or competition no matter where they happen online, as long as they are public domain.

What is the segmentation available?

We have the ability to segment the data according to the target audience of interest, provided individuals openly identify themselves according to their gender, race/ethnicity, age, sexual identity, living with disabilities, their current job situation in public domain digital conversations. We never identify individuals to be retargeted. The conversations are anonymized but tagged according to how people self-identify. We report the insights behind the aggregated conversations by segments.

Can I look at conversations in a specific geographic area?

Yes, we have the ability to retrieve data from any particular location, however we do not reveal the specific IP address or other contact information associated to the conversations we mine.

Are we looking at people’s private conversations?

No. We only mine conversations that are publicly available online.

What is the timeline like?

Your Sentimeter dashboard will be up and running two weeks after payment and then refreshed per quarter.

How will I get my dashboard?

You will receive an email with a link to a password protected website where you can explore your dashboard as many times as you want.

If I buy a quarter, which one am I going to get?

When you purchase a dashboard, you'll receive data for the most recent quarter. For example, if you buy a dashboard in April, you'll receive data for Q1 (January to March). Please note that this data will be final and up-to-date, but there will be a two week lag time between the end of the quarter and when it is available in the dashboard.

If I buy 4 quarters, which quarters am I going to get?

When you purchase a dashboard with four quarter, you'll receive data for the most recent quarter. For example, if you buy a dashboard in April, you'll receive data for Q1 (January to March). You’ll also receive three subsequent sets of data for the next three quarters embedded to your dashboard. Please note that this data will be final and up-to-date, but there will be a two week lag time between the end of the quarter and when it is available in the dashboard.
